Little Updates~

New Year is just around the corner! Well..it's actually in a month's time. Anyway, it's those time of the year which I'll really sit one corner, pondering and wondering for my new year resolutions. For next year..I think....hmmm...I may share just on the new year itself! But one of the resolutions, definitely, to earn more money!

I wanna go on a trip! I feel like celebrating my birthday early next yr somewhere out of this island. Some of the places I dream to go are..Phuket..Phi Phi Island..Bali or some beach in Malaysia. I wish I can go to CAIRNS though.. but have to save cash for that. I'm planning to travel with my girlfriends from Poly soon coz' one of them is getting married next yr but looks like the trip has to be postponed again coz' I can't get away this yr. Tsk..SUCKS.

The 5 BIG Stresses..For Me (at least)

Stress 1: I'm sooo glad it's end of the week! Very tiring, frustrating & irritating week I had. I'm just done with 1 big corporate group & yet..more to come when I was doing my group arrival forecast for the next 2 weeks! In addition, I made a blunder on my cashiering and had to top up an amt from my own pocket. I deserve it coz it's my negligence and I was so mad with myself. I work about 10-12 hrs daily & my stuff just kept piling. I think I'm going bonkers soon...

Stress 2: There are people like gossipers, rumourers & kaypohers around me! I just hate it when they ask me things which I don't like to be asked & it's none of their business in the first place. I try to ignore them, but I can't help it being sensitive. If I don't bother these people, why in the World must they bother me? Get lost larr....

Stress 3: Money no enough! I mean, it's NEVER enough. Humans are a greedy & not easy to be satisfied lot so maybe I'm one too. Wanna save but sooo hard to save. I like to shop but must not shop a lot! Many wants than needs.. Cultivate cultivate...be a good saver.

Stress 4: I think I'm putting on weight..or is it just becoz I haven't excercise in ages. Hehe..if my memory didn't fail me, the last time I hit the gym was last year! Ok ok..I try to cut down on fatty food (which is even harder than saving money) and excercise often. Must maintain...

Stress 5: Find another job! I'm choosy but I want a job that fits my needs & wants. Like working for Company X. Though pay not that high, I won't have to worry about full-house situation all the time. Or working for Company Y, where the money is fantastic, can go round the World & I won't be so stressed! But all is easier said than done..I shall put in extra extra effort to find THAT job!

Though I'm like sooo stressed, I know there're others who are in a more dire straits than me. So, at the moment, I'll just listen to my good lil' Nano & cross my fingers that it will be a better tomorrow...

Me, Birkenstock and...NANO!!

My Superhero gave me an Ipod Nano!!! Advanced birthday present he said.... I was so touched that I almost cried. It's white and the size is 4GB! Now, I can walk in my Birkenstock, listen to my fav songs & read a good book! Haha..sounds kinda chic. Superhero's a great boyfie, & not because he gave me a Nano..but he really stood by me, giving me all the courage & support that I need.

Can't wait for next Feb! That'll be the end of my cross-exposure of a group co-ordinator. Stressfull worr! Stressful means, I'll eat more, frust more, tired more & won't get to see Superhero often. But.. I believe I can endure!

Went jalan raya with my friends & Superhero today. There's a good meal at almost every house. Lontong, mee siam, pizza & hokkien mee...Yummy!~ Just that I couldn't visit HIS's place.. Anyway, I try to upload the cute pics..provided my best friend willing to send me via email...

So..till then..it's a Monday tomorrow, a brand new week..I pray that it'll be good!

Retail Therapy Day!

I have a serious prob.. I can't seem to hate shopping! Well..though I'm getting broke, it DOES feel gd to own things dat I always wanted to get.. I only feel the pinch much later..like the nite after all that shopping..

Went out with my best friend. My initial intention was just to accompany her but in the end, I spent as much as her! I bought:

1. A MAC Lip Glass in Viva Glam 4. (Price: $26)
It's a nice lip gloss, natural and lasting! Make me feel & look gd of course...

2. Birkenstock- New Sundays Earth. (Price: $129)
Finally..they have my size!! I luuure the sandals..make my dull feet looks kinda cute. Haha...

3. Birkenstock- English Garden (Price: $99)
I just couldn't resist buying this pair as well! It looks classic and sweet..My best friend was like.."Can't you wait till next month?!" Superhero gonna scream at me!

I ordered MacDonald's delivery and decided to have just plain cheeseburger. I was eating half-way & wondered how come something seemed to be missing...and I realised..NO CHEESE! I flipped the wrapper, thinking that it was a hamburger instead. But..no...it's a cheeseburger wrapper indeed! Hmmp...MacDonald's cheated my feelings...

The cheeseburger WITHOUT the cheese! 

Then came English Garden..so that I can feel like a gal next door! 

It's called New Sundays Earth..colourful as a rainbow..to brighten my days!

The Marathon of Hari Raya!

It was definitely an enjoyable outing yesterday. Went from house to house with my colleagues..a total of 6 houses! Started after morning shift at about 6pm with Tampines, then down to SengKang , AMK, Woodlands, CCK & ended at Jurong East. There were 8 of us..We cracked lotsa jokes and said something cute about each house & rm. The most neatest one will be..Nassir's! His rm is as neat as a newly-wed's rm! Very cosy and clean! Nicest living room goes to Faizal's...Kinda authentic and a feel like Bali ya know.. Lastly and unfortunately, the messiest rm belongs to Helmi! Gosh..It's really really like a BACHELOR'S pad no doubt! Haha..my colleagues said my rm is neat and nice too.. Well, thanks to my my mom's nagging lorr...

I like to sing to my Superhero these days..feeling feeling..haha :)

Me (calling the porter on the phone) : Gd Afternoon, the guest in Room #1222, needs help with the luggage. To bring it down to the Concierge.

Famous Blur Porter (sounds blur..as usual) : The room number?

Me (louder, clearer & slower) : Room 1-2-2-2

Famous Blur Porter (sounds even more blur) : So where're the luggage??

Me (rolling my eyes) : Obviously lying in the room!

Famous Blur Porter (agitated) : Oei....so fierce for what???!!! Who's that ah?

Me (sweetly) : It's NO-RA-IN

Famous Blur Porter: Oh okay...thank you.

Me: Duh!!!~!!! Pls let me forgive and forget these people....
